Here you can see me surrounded by 3 beautiful women. It was a rough picture to go through, but someone had to do it, and I'm glad it was me. I should also mention that it was Amanda's (The girl in red) birthday. We had cake, it was great.

This is me performing my kata at the 2004 Arnold Battle of Columbus, where I took the Silver. San-Ryu-Do brother Christopher Jannetta took the Bronze.
This was one of the toughest divisions all weekend, as all competitiors were national and international champions.
It was an honor to compete against such excellent Martial Artists.
